URC Vision, Mission
Target of Upazila Resource Center:

The main objective of the Upazila Resource Center is to improve the quality of primary education as well as to enhance the professional skills of the teachers through on-the-job training and academic support.

 

Objectives of Upazila Resource Center:

    Improving the quality of the teaching-learning process in the classroom;
    Development of teaching skills of class-teachers;
    Quality development of classroom management and school management;
    Improving the quality of student learning;
    Conduct academic supervision to assess teacher training needs; And
    Development of sub-cluster training methods for teachers and conducting other self-term training.
